Our Feta Cheese will be made using cows’ milk and goats’ milk. Feta is a soft cheese that has been soaked in a brine. We will be making two different versions in this class. You will see the cultured product in all of the stages and will also have the opportunity to purchase cultures as well as cheese molds from instructor Sharon Munyak. This is an informative and hands-on class that is a must for anyone who wants to take the fear factor out of making Feta!
