Are you ready to take one simple step that is sure to enhance your quality of life? This class is for the new and returning student, the young, and the young at heart. It’s a great way to start your morning and a great place to laugh and enjoy as you move through different yoga postures. We will challenge you as well as encourage you in this class for those who want a yoga experience more than one day a week. Donya Bauer, MA, E-RYT 500, teaches you to honor your body and do only what you know your body is ready to do. As you move through this class, your balance, strength, and flexibility will improve and you will discover a beautiful sense of relaxation. Student input is always welcome and individual attention is paramount. You can attend one day a week or both days; whatever works for you! Bring a yoga mat to class. There is a $7 per class payment option available for those who wish to check out the class (newcomers are always welcome!) and for those paying for less than 10 classes. Class meets each Monday and Friday from 9:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the Henson Building.
