Aikido in Louisa

Want to get fit while learning an effective yet nonviolent martial arts form? Aikido will focus on self-defense without injury, conflict resolution skills, and personal awareness. Participation involves good exercise, testing your own limits, and learning new ways to think and move...all while having a good time! These classes will provide an introduction to this traditional Japanese martial arts form and the Japanese culture. Jeff Martin, who holds the rank of Sandan and has over 13 years of experience in Aikido, is the instructor. Don’t miss this chance to join Louisa’s fastest growing martial arts program! Aikido is an on-going program which will continue throughout the year. Visit their website at www.AikidoinLouisa.com. No class on 5/31, 6/14, 6/16, 7/12 & 7/14.
