AquaFit

Whether you have just started thinking about creating a healthier lifestyle or are alsready familiar with working out, the AquaFit class will be a perfect fit. Even though water is low-to-no impact, you can make this workout as simple or strenuous as you want. Instructor MargaretAnne Niewiarowski-Molina will get you movin' and groovin' at the pace best suited for you and your needs, whether you are a teenager or a senior citizen, an arthritis sufferer or recovering from joint surgery, overweight or in the best shape of your life. Each class will focus on the total body and water weights may be used to intensify your workout. Please wear water shoes and come prepared to have a great time!
