Beginner Teens

These lessons are for teens ages 13 through 17 with little or no swimming experience who want to learn the basics. This class will help teens feel more comfortable in the water while working on swimming skills. Floats, glides, rhythmic breathing, strokes, and treading water will be instructed. There is a maximum of 6 participants in this 8 lesson 40-minute class. The fee for Beginner Teens is $50.
