Central Virginia Blacksmith Guild's Demonstration

This introduction to Blacksmithing course will demonstrate the process of heating mild steel in a coal fired forge, how to use the tools of the trade, the basic skills of fire maintenance, how to draw out metal, and how to perform techniques such as upsetting, bending, twisting, and finishing. The course is instructed by Hunter Perkinson.
