The Virginia Boating Safety Education compliance requirement is being phased-in over a 7-year period (July 2009-July 2016). Participants who successfully complete this course are issued a wallet-sized certificate and their name is entered into the VDGIF database. Anyone wishing to meet all the requirement needed must take this course. To register for this course or obtain additional information contact Dave Aitken at (540) 894-0441 or e-mail aitkendk@aol.com.
