Not ready for or just don’t want an aerobics style class, but want something to help you reach those fitness goals you have set for yourself for 2012? Why not start the year off with this boot camp style workout with longer sets, interval training to push your limits, stations to mix it up, and even get outside for a workout when it is nice. This class will help tone your whole body and build strength. MargaretAnne will help keep you moving and motivated throughout the class so you can burn those extra calories. Great for guys and gals who want to get a workout, but don’t want to go to a gym. Make sure you bring a towel, yoga mat, and a water bottle. Come prepared to be challenged and work up a sweat! $5 drop in rate available.
