Bo's Body Boot Camp
Now is the time to start working on those fitness goals you set for yourself with those New Year resolutions! This is not your typical aerobics class! Bo Morgan has put together a series of boot camp style stations that will give you a total body workout. You can expect to keep moving throughout the class and Bo will motivate you and keep you going every step of the way. You will gain strength, burn calories, increase self-esteem, as well as form new friendships with your “fellow recruits.” By the time Spring arrives, you will be looking forward to putting on those shorts and T-shirts! Register early; this is the only class of its kind we are offering this winter and class size is limited to 20 participants.
