Chair Exercise - Senior Fun
Enhance strength, stamina, and flexibility. Exercises will be performed sitting in or holding onto a chair. Tammy Starkey, certified fitness instructor and owner of Total Body Fitness by Tammy, is the instructor. This class is designed specifically for those age 50 and older or for adults with mobility issues. Registration deadline is the Friday prior to class start date. There will be no class on November 11th and November 25th.
