Gentle Chair Yoga for Healing & Wellness
Traditional Yoga poses will be adapted using a chair and other props (if needed) to meet the needs of yoga first-timers, seniors, those recovering from injuries or surgery, and those who cannot get up and down easily from the floor. MargaretAnne will gently stretch and strengthen your muscles and include balance and relaxation techniques to help you regain your health by strengthening your entire body. Make sure you bring a yoga mat and a water bottle, then grab a seat and focus on you. $5 drop in rate available for those who cannot attend a full session. No class on July 4.
