If you are between the ages of 11 and 15 and have considered becoming a lifeguard, this is a great first step. Get a jump start on securing a future job as a lifeguard by completing this course. Pass this class and LCAF allows you to come to the pool without having to have an adult present. GuardStart focuses on prevention, fitness, swim skills, response, leadership, and professionalism.
