HOOPS mission is to develop and deliver a quality program where kids can have fun through participation, learn skills and the rules of the game, develop positive self-character and respect, learn the value of sportsmanship and teamwork, develop friendships, and acquire sound attitudes about winning and losing. Volunteer coaches are needed in each of these programs.
