Louisa IDOL 2009 On Saturday, March 21, 2009, Louisa Parks and Recreation hosted its Louisa Idol 2009. Twenty-seven participants showcased their talents and there were over 185 spectators cheering them on. Top age group winners were Livi Grubbs, Tyler Johnson, and Emily Hall. Louisa Idol 2009 was Emily Hall. Congratulations to all the participants for a job well done!
