Introduction To Water Skills Beginner Level 1
Ages 6 years of age and older. Participants develop positive attitudes about water, learn good swimming habits, and safe practices in and around water. Learn how to open eyes under water, front and back glides, using arms and legs to swim, and using breath control and blowing bubbles.
