Kidz In Motion Summer Program
Summer is a time of leisure; a time children tend to forget about the structure that accompanies the school season's routine. It is also a time when parents and children alike allow fitness to take a back seat to the heat outside and the comfort of air conditioning! Our Kidz In Motion Summer Program will be incorporated into our KidzQuest Summer Child Care Program in an attempt to make fitness a summer standard for youth. Children will participate in 45 minutes of structured, fun yet challenging and rewarding, physical activities on Tuesdays and Thursdays and receive information on nutritional and healthy food choices. Kids who are fit have a stronger self-image and are more self-confident. It is our goal to make all kids Kidz In Motion!
