Ladies Gentle Yoga
Give yourself a chance to feel better by joining this gentle yoga class for ladies. Donya Bauer, Registered Yoga Teacher, will guide you in a gentle approach to strengthening and relaxing your body and mind. Flexibility and breathing techniques will also be taught. This is a great class if you are a beginning student or a long time student who wants to experience the subtle and harmonious rewards of Yoga. All body shapes, sizes, and ages can benefit from this class. This continuing class welcomes new students at any time and there is a $5 per class option available. Please bring a mat and a blanket to class.
