7th Annual Louisa IDOL
It’s Louisa Idol time again - so start practicing your favorite song. Pull out your karaoke CDs and start singing in front of all your friends. Whether you sit in the audience and cheer on your favorite idol or get up on stage and do your thing, you won’t want to miss the great event we have planned for this year. This 7th Annual Louisa IDOL competition will be held on Saturday, April 28th at Moss Nuckols Elementary School. There will be a brief rehearsal on the evening of Wednesday, April 25th. Our judges will be selecting age group winners (8 and under, 9-12, 13-16, and 17 and older), a group/duet winner and one overall IDOL champion. Entry fee is $10 per individual performer and $15 for duets/groups. A gift card will be awarded to category winners. The performance will begin at 2:00 p.m., so come early for the best seats. Spectator admission is $3 per adult and $2 for children ages 3 through 16. Children under 3 are free. Hot dogs and other concession items will be available to purchase, so don't worry about stopping to get lunch. Remember: Vocal entries only. Don’t miss your chance to be THE NEXT LOUISA IDOL!
