Muay Thai Boxing Cardio Class For Women
Muay Thai is a popular kickboxing workout and is a mixture of several techniques employed in the rest of the martial arts forms. This particular program is designed especially for women. It will teach control, self defense and self discipline as it promotes confidence and mental and physical fitness. Class includes self-defense training and kickboxing, as well as fitness and conditioning to get you into shape. Women will lose weight, improve fitness and energy levels, and enhance self esteem and personal discipline. All skill levels are welcome.
