Pooch Plunge 2008 First Annual Louisa County Parks and Recreation Pooch Plunge happened on Saturday, October 4 at the new Louisa County Aquatic Facility. Local residents brought their furry, four-legged friends for their dip in our new pools. It was a great way to end our first season and close the pools for the winter. All the people-friendly pets had a great time.
