Self Awareness & Protection For Women

Introduction to the concepts and training methods of the martial arts as it relates to women and self defense. This introductory course is specifically designed to accentuate the principles of balance, harmony, awareness, and the basic concepts of self defense. The student will experience open-hand redirecting techniques and the principles of blending with both physical and verbal confrontation. Instructor Thomas Pristow is a Black Belt in Jiu-Jitsu, Aikido, Judo, Kobudo, and Iaido. Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Come dressed in loose-fitting clothing and prepared to partake in an engaging class. The deadline to register is January 25th.
