Stepped-Up Yoga
This is a class for the returning student, or someone who is comfortable in their knowledge of basic Yoga and who wants to step it up a notch. Just because Donya won’t be able to teach for awhile, doesn’t mean your class will not continue. We have a great sub lined up for you in MargaretAnne who will help you take your practice to the best possible place for you. Focus will be on revolved, inverted, deep strengthening and more intense poses in general. Each student will need to bring a Yoga Mat to class. There is a $5 per class option available for those who cannot attend the full session. Donya will return for the March session.
