Stepped-Up Yoga

For those yoga participants who have already had at lease two session of yoga training. Students must have a good understanding of basic yoga poses, as well as feel confident and comfortable in their yoga practice. This class will focus on more intense poses, like holding a pose for one minute or more, inversion (head below heart), revolve poses and vinyasas (constant motion poses). If you are ready to step-up your yoga practice, then this is the class for you. Donya Bauer, Registered Yoga Teacher, who has been instructing yoga for over 10 years, will make this class interesting and a great workout. Please bring a yoga mat, strap, and blanket to class. Participants with hypertension (treated or untreated) should consult their doctor prior to signing up for this class. Participants who know they will miss one or more classes per session may pay $5 at each class.
