Stepped-Up Yoga

For those yoga participants who have already had at least two session of yoga training. Students must have a good understanding of basic yoga poses, as well as feel confident and comfortable in their yoga practice. This class will focus on more intense poses, inversion, revolve poses, and vinyasas. If you are ready to step-up your yoga practice, Donya Bauer, Registered Yoga Teacher with over 12 years of experience, will make this class interesting and a great workout. Please bring a yoga mat, strap, and blanket to class. Participants with hypertension should consult their doctor prior to signing up. $5 per class payment option available.
