Sunday Yoga
Start your week with yoga. Yoga is a great way to tone, lengthen and strengthen your muscles, improve balance and flexibility, increase mental alertness, and de-stress. This late morning Sunday class is just what you need to spend some time on YOU. Instructor MargaretAnne will help to invigorate you with uplifting yoga flows and poses, and calm you with breathing and relaxation poses. Take the class to YOUR level: gentle to ease yourself into Monday or advanced to kick-start your week-whichever you choose, MargaretAnne will guide you to your goals. All yoga levels are welcome; remember, yoga is a “practice” not a “perfect” so anyone can participate. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle, and spend time concentrating on you! $7 drop-in rate is available. There will be no class on April 8.
