Swim Lessons Summer 2013: Swim lessons are held at the Louisa County Aquatic Facility located in the Industrial Air Park behind the Betty J. Queen Intergenerational Center. Each student progresses at a different rate in learning aquatic skills. This is dependent on numerous factors. Students often require more than one session to master all the skills needed to progress to the next level. Each level of lessons consist of 8 classes 30-minutes each and all lessons are $50 (unless otherwise stated).
Registration begins Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at 8:30 a.m. at the Betty Queen Center and/or online.
Registrations are first come first serve by payment received, either in person or online. Phone registrations and/or e-mail registrations will not be accepted for swim lessons.
Benjamin Hair and Carnifax Fund Scholarships are available for Preschooler & Parent, Early Learners, Intermediate Learners, Tween & Teens, and Adult Swim Lessons classes (NOT Parent & Child classes).
This scholarship is income based and pays either $25 or $40 of the $50 registration to qualified households. Participant/Parent must pay the remainder of the fee when registering.
