Tai Chi

Tai Chi includes agile steps and exercises that improve mobility, breathing, and relaxation. The goal of Tai Chi is to foster a calm and tranquil mind, focused on the precise execution of these exercises. These movements do not require deep bending or squatting, which makes them easier and more comfortable to learn. Improve blood circulation, relieve joint pain from arthritis, and acquire a new found sense of well-being. Instructor Meghan Bryant has been trained and certified by Dr. Paul Lam, a Tai Chi Master for over 30 years, who developed these routines using the ‘Sun’ technique and is indorsed by the Arthritis Foundation. Come experience this fitness technique that will allow you to become a more content individual with less aches and pains.
