Tai Chi Sun Style 73
Meghan Bryant will be instructing Sun Style 73, a form of Tai Chi from which the Tai Chi for Arthritis and Back Pain form was developed. Learn to be more stable with follow-through footing. Movements in this class are more upright to be gentler on the knees and will work on focus, helping with relaxation. Sun Style 73 strengthens muscles, improves circulation, increases stamina, decreases stress, and improves balance stability. Come learn this ancient Asian healing martial arts form.
