H2O Power Hour

An excellent water workout that goes to the limit! This is a fun, calorie burning, low impact H2) exercise class. Water aerobics will improve cardiovascular conditioning. Because of the water's resistance, water exercise can also improve your strength and flexibility, leading to better muscle endurance and balance. It is great for people with arthritis to keep joints flexible, muscles strong, and to help reduce the pain associated with arthritis. The instructor is Tammy Starkey, owner of Total Body Fitness by Tammy, and class is held at the Louisa County Aquatic Facility. You will need to wear water shoes for this class. Register early; class fills up quickly.
