You've heard all the hype! You've seen all the commercials! Now, Zumba has finally found its way to Louisa and Lindsey McClellan is going to teach it for us! Let's face it, working out can be healthy, rewarding, and beneficial. Working out can be lots of things, but it has never been known to be an exhilarating experience...UNTIL NOW! Zumba combines Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature training sessions where you will learn different types of dance moves with fast and slow rhythms, that when combined will tone and sculpt your body while burning fat and calories. It is guaranteed to be the most fun you have EVER had working out! Join our certified instructor for this fun workout. Both men and women are welcome. Wear clothes that allow movement, a good pair of tennis shoes, bring a water bottle, a small set of hand weights, and come ready to ZUMBA! $5 drop-in rate is available for those who cannot attend a full session.
