    Jump-start your mornings with MargaretAnne and her Cardio Pump ‘n Core Workout. You don’t need to spend hours sweating on a treadmill and lifting weights at a gym to reap the benefits of exercise. MargaretAnne will layer cardio fat-burning moves, sculpting, core focused exercises, weights and resistance training to improve your muscle tone, strength, and flexibility. No two classes are the same! Everyone is welcome...first-timers wanting to start an exercise routine to the advanced fitness person wanting to add to their fitness program. MargaretAnne will make sure you sweat away those calories with a great workout. Join her for an hour of fitness fun and don’t forget to bring a yoga mat, water bottle and towel. If you can’t commit to a full session take as many classes as you’d like for the $8 drop in rate per class. There will be no class on June 15th, June 18th, June 20th, June 22nd, June 25th, and July 4th. Four person minimum for entire session is required to offer these classes.

    Join MargaretAnne in this light and lively No-Low Impact Workout! As we mature, our joints don’t like the impact and we begin to slow down. MargaretAnne has taken the best of all of the workouts available and modified them so anyone can do them~standing, using a chair for support, or sitting. This is not an easy workout by no means...you WILL sweat, you WILL work muscles in new ways, and MargaretAnne WILL encourage you to ensure you get the most out of each class and see those results - a stronger, leaner you! This class is for everyone, whether just beginning or wanting to try something new. Please wear supportive shoes (sneakers are ideal) and don’t forget to bring a yoga mat, water bottle and towel. If you can’t commit to a full session drop in to as many classes as you’d like for $8 per class. There will be no class on June 14th, June 19th and June 21st. Four person minimum for entire session is required to offer these classes.

    MargaretAnne will use balance techniques, exercises and movements to strengthen your muscles and improve your core strength which will improve your balance and reduce your fear of falling. This is a great class for anyone wanting to improve their balance and flexibility - first timers, senior citizens, folks with arthritis or long-term health conditions and for those recovering from an injury or surgery. If you can’t get up and down easily from the floor - this class is for you too! All levels are welcome. Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle and wear supportive shoes (comfortable sneakers are ideal). If you can’t commit to a full session take as many classes as you’d like for the $8 drop in rate per class. There will be no class on June 14th, June 19th, and June 21st. Four person minimum for entire session is required to offer these classes.

    The NEW YEAR is the time to refocus your goals and work on a NEW YOU! This class is for the student who needs to move gently into his/her yoga practice, for the person who only has a little time in the week to do yoga, and/or the person whose body is in need of improved balance, strength, and over-all flexibility. Come join Donya Bauer, MA, E-RYT 500, in a friendly atmosphere where each student moves according to how they feel at any given moment. It is a great class for the beginning student or the person in recovery, and for the advanced students who know the importance of taking it slowly. Bring a yoga mat to class. There is an $8 per class payment option available for those who wish to check out the class (newcomers are always welcome!) and for those paying for less than 10 classes. Class meets each Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. at the Henson Building. Why not give this class a try?

As you move through this class, your balance, strength, and flexibility will improve and you will discover a beautiful sense of relaxation.   11. Stepped-Up Yoga

    Is it time to take your yogic journey a little farther...? Are you ready to focus on the subtle movements of the body? Join Donya Bauer, MA, E-RYT 500 for a deeper Yogic experience. This class is not just about harder poses; it is about fine-tuning and refining the asana (poses) practice. We will also explore some meditation and pranayama (breath work). Students need to have a basic understanding of yoga and a willingness to explore whatever their body might be ready for in this stepped-up version of Yoga. This class is limited to 10 students who will need to bring their yoga mat, blanket, and their strap to class. There is an $8 per class payment option available for those paying for less than 10 classes. Class meets each Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. at the Henson Building. Come check it out! Visits may be used anytime within 6-months for any of Donya's classes.
